The logo of University of liberal arts is a symbolic logo. It has 3 colors, blue yellow white and it has some text which is in black. I think the blue colure is symbolize the modernity, yellow is the light of knowledge and the pen indicates higher education.
Though ULAB is an educational institute that is why I thing the meaning should be like that. The design also shows the modern lighting higher education. The logo seems to be a logo of an educational institution by its color design and the text.
